What The Rally Point Is
The Rally Point is a steady place to show up, be understood, and stop carrying it alone. This is not therapy and it is not clinical care. It is peer-to-peer support led by veterans who have lived it.
- No pressure to talk.
- No expectation to perform.
- Just a room where you are not the only one.
Who This Is For
This is a good fit if you are:
- Feeling isolated, on edge, or stuck.
- Struggling with anger, sleep, stress, or numbness.
- Missing brotherhood and real accountability.
- Wanting a consistent place to reset each week.
You do not need to:
- Share details you do not want to share.
- Have a diagnosis in hand.
- Be “good at talking”.
- Have it all figured out.
What to Expect
- Walk in and grab a seat. No spotlight.
- A veteran facilitator opens the group and sets the tone.
- We talk about what is real, with respect and confidentiality.
- You leave with connection and the option to stay plugged in.
